Volunteer Job Board
As a club member you will be allocated duties throughout the year, however as members club we really need members to take on other tasks that the club needs to operate.
It’s human nature to feel good after helping someone out. Volunteering can also help you gain valuable new skills and experiences, and boost your confidence. So why not volunteer for one of the tasks on our job board.
Teenage Sailing Group

DETAILS:
Adults to organise and provide support as part of a team on and off the water with a social youth sailing club for teenage youth members who are competent sailors and looking for a social group experience. Adults would need to be competent sailors and happy working with teenagers. As this NOT an RYA training activity no formal instructing qualifications are required although obviously a competency in sailing together with Powerboat 2 and current first aid qualification would need to be covered by members of the team each session. In addition, an awareness and acceptance of club safeguarding and certain club policies would be required. Would probably be Sundays or perhaps summer evenings to have sufficient club boats available.
