Saturday 30 March – Join us for a Blast-off Brunch! Come down to the Club early this year to clean off the winter grime and apply your 2019 boat stickers! Full English breakfast served from 10.00 (Vegetarian option). High pressure boat cleaner available, tidy up your boat park space. Non-boat-owners welcome to help clean and rig club hire boats for a sail in the afternoon. Rigging help and boat maintenance advice offered. Your Club is hosting a party for The Last Night of the Proms at 7.30pm on Saturday 14 September. Tickets are £15 strictly in advance on WebCollect (https://webcollect.org.uk/wwsc/event/last-night-of-the-proms-1 ). The evening includes an excellent British two course meal, table entertainment, then it’s over to The Royal Albert Hall at 9.00pm on the big screen (even bigger than before) for much singing and waving of flags, banging on tables etc. Come prepared to be loud and proud.
